This is a follow up letter to let you know how pleased we have been with the results of our landscaping project. The retaining wall and plantings have made a big difference in our yard. It was a very pleasant experience working with designer, Caleb Nelson. He brought some excellent ideas and was able to accommodate changes mid project, because of our desires. He was professional, knowledgeable and flexible.

Not only was it a pleasure to work with Caleb, but the entire crew was outstanding. We worked primarily with Francisco and Effriam, and they were both tireless workers. The work was well done and they were very friendly and courteous. We are glad to have had this experience.

Before creating the company in 2002 I had worked for a few other landscape companies. Working for them I gained great knowledge and experience. One of the most important things I learned was how not to treat my clients, vendors and employees. Too many times profit was the bottom line and if it did not make money it was not worth the time.

I believe creating long term relationships is more rewarding than always making that extra buck. We still have a business to run and need to pay for expenses, but keeping in touch with our clients, vendors and employees to make sure that everything is taken care of is more important.
